Ordering
How do I order a custom product?
Choose the item you’d like (socks, underwear, cushions, or another product), upload your photo or design, and add it to your cart. We’ll do the rest!
Can I see a preview before it’s made?
Yes! You’ll be able to see a live preview of your custom design before you checkout, so you can make sure it looks exactly how you want.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our items are made-to-order, changes are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your design will be in production.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Fabrix ships New Zealand and Australia wide.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a custom product?
Because each item is personalized just for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your payment details.

Do you offer gift options?
Absolutely! Fabrix products make unforgettable gifts.
I uploaded the wrong photo — what should I do?
If it’s been less than 2 hours since you ordered, email us right away at support@fabrix.com with your order number and new photo.
